Eric In Orlando AND Quest For Ice
So I am staying in Orlando for the rest of the week to help watch after my cousin Tristan. He is 7 and being that school is cancelled but the rest of the world is still going on he needs someone to watch him. So here I am, being here, but not really doing much because he is a pretty self-sufficient kinda kid. I cook him meals and stay out of his way mostly. Little stuff like making sure he takes a bath and stuff is pretty much the extent of the babysitting that I have to do. My cousin Dawn and I spent ALL day yesterday looking for ice. We drove all the wy from UCF area to Clermont/Ferndale, ending in us stealing ice from my mother and my grandmother's freezers. Well...less stealing and more borrowing with no intent to return. I wasn't a bad day all in all...lots of driving around looking at damaged places. It is really strange that I sat and played Super Mario Sunshine, not really even worrying about the storm, while other people lost everything they ever worked for in the blink of an eye. The wierdest thing is seeing trees that withstood the force of the winds but have been bent into a shape that makes them look like the wind is still blowing just as hard. Anyway...I am just grateful that everyone I know is allright....with minimal damage. My family and I just keep countering complaints with well atleast you still have...whatever. (i.e. "My freezer is a mess." "Well atleast you still have a freezer to clean up.") Lu Lu called me today...it always seems to put a smile on my face when I get to talk to her for a few minutes. She has really great news...which I am sure she will blog about soon...so keep checking her blog. I woudl tell you guys...but I don't want to give away her great news. REALLY PROUD OF HER! Jen has gone back to Gainsville. That just feels strange cause I didn't see her at all since the surgery...so I feel like I missed out on a major portion of the summer. No word from the Jaws gang on when we are getting together for another...get together. Billy and I are planning on going to see Alien vs Predator Wednesday night and I am hoping and get to go and see the Encore show Thursday. And it looks like I will get to see the much talked about Midsummer preformance at Moonlight this sunday. I'll blog later.

Bonnie and...Charley? Anti-T.V. meterologist morons...
So last night was relatively uneventful. I went to my grandmother's house after running around like a chicken with my head cut off all day long. My brother and I hooked up PS2 and Gamecube on seperate T.V's and I made a big pot of chili. Then we all settled in. Just as we were getting into the video games we rented the power went off. My dad went out and cranked up the generator. So how did I spend hurricane Charley? Playing Super Mario Sunshine..That's right...Super Mario Sunshine. The storm was all over with at around....1..or so...and my brother and I packed up and drove home. Then I woke up this morning to find my knee swollen to about twice it's normal size..and VERY stiff. I couldn't go to Melissa's reception..I hope everything went well. All the damage that has been reported through my friends and family is at my Aunt's house. A tree branch went through the back glass of her car, her fence was uprooted and distributed around the neighborhood, and atleast one tree is no longer in the upright position. Other than that..everything seems good. My knee has loosened up and deminished in size..so things are going ok. Blog laterThursday, August 12, 2004
Filled with Humor and....general....Ericness
So the last couple of days have been...days. I went to physical therapy for the first time since the surgery yesterday. Caught up with Erin...my beautiful physical therapist (If your out there. Thanks Dawn, even if she isn't interested, having her as my therapist numbs the therapy part a little bit.) , got a bunch of exercises I have to do daily. Then I came home and Billy called. We went and hung out with a bunch of Jaws people at Mike's house. It was a blast. Met this really cute girl for the second time. She has been introduced once before, at that stupid safety meeting I had to go to a while back...she is really cute. We kinda...caught eyes a couple of times from across the room...talked a little but not much. Next time..I talk more. Then Billy and I left, only seeing half of Kill Bill Vol. 2. I took him home and talked to the family a few minutes..then back to Casa Diablo. The AC was broken...so...fun times. Then today I just pretty much sat around..trying to turn off my body heater. IT WAS LIKE 4000 in here. My dad fixed the AC and it worked for all of...2 hours after he left. He is living with my grandmother now..coming home once every 2 or 3 days. NOT FUN. I go back to physical therapy tomorrow. I have made progress in the last day though...My knee bends at almost a 90 with minimal pain. It's nice. On a side note...I gave my number to like everyone at Jaws so they can call when they are going out...I hope she's there next time.Monday, August 09, 2004
On Bended Knee
So the last couple of days have been fun and interesting. I can bend my knee...but not as much as I want to..and when I bend it as much as I physically can..my body gets mad at me and tells me so the next day. So I got the brace off on Thursday...Friday I kinda took it easy..but then Saturday...I went to Universal and parked far far away and walked to to JAWS and said hey to everyone..then walked back. Then I went to the McCoy's house and delivered my thank you card for sitting there with me for hours on end and just basically being all around good people. Then I went to lunch with my parent's and walked around an Office Max for like an hour looking for school supplies for my little brother. Then I almost couldn't stand...so my dad dropped me off at my car and I drove home. Then on Sunday I, Like the idiot I am, over worked my knee...but I did have a lot of fun. Erika and I saw "The Bourne Supremecy". There was pretty much NO plot, the camera work was awful, but all in all...not UNenjoyable. Then we walked around the mall until about 4:30 because the Atlantic Ocean had decided to relocate itself to directly over the West Oaks Mall. Being that I can't run at all, much less in the rain...we stuck around. We went to Ruby Tuesdays and talked and ate, it was good times. I called Billy and he met us at the mall at about 5:45 and then he and I went back to Ruby Tuesdays and I had dessert while he ate dinner. It was fun. Then we went and saw "The Village". Great Movie. Very...thinkie. Then we went our seperate ways...Billy to his home, me to mine. Tiredness was setting in for both of us. I came home..and passed out..but apparently didn't rest well because I fell asleep several times today, in the middle of normal everyday activities...like internet surfing, game playing, and TV watching. OK, so not EVERYONE's normal everyday activities...but definetly the normal everday activities of a 22 year old who has recently found himself temporarily crippled. Physical Therapy starts tomorrow with my evaluation. Good, Good fun times. I hope to get a haircut and maybe hang with Billy for a while..but we will see if tomorrow holds those events for me. Eric's Birthday
Not the worst birthday..not the best birthday ever. I spent the majority of the day running around with my Aunt. It was fun. We got my car washed, filled it up with gas, picked her car up from the mechanic, and ate at Sonny's. With yet another trainee waitress. Then I drove home. Didn't get my physical therapy scheduled. But that's ok...I'll get it soon. Then I came home and played some Mega Man. Then I went to my grandmothers and we all ate some pizza. It was a good time. There is supposedly a present that my parents are talking about getting me but they aren't sure. My mom put my dad on the spot about it and he said that he hadn't had time to look into it and that was the end of it. No idea what it is...well there is an idea...might be a CD burner..but I am not sure. Now I sit at my parent's house, knee unbraced, watching Celebrity Poker. It is a good night. Blog later THE BRACE COMES OFF IN NEGATIVE ONE DAY! COUNT IT NEGATIVE ONE DAY!Friday, August 06, 2004
Leg Mobility Is Closer To Being Mine
Well I went to the doctor today and he removed the brace on a kinda temporary/permanent basis. I don't have to wear it unless I go out in public and feel wobbly. Basically I just have to be REALLY careful because if I fall now, that's it...new surgery...no questions asked. My knee feels really wierd. No pain really...just REALLY tight...really really tight...and weak. But good all in all. I can't bend it at a 90 yet...that will take a few trips to physical therapy. Which turns out, I can't take at my doctor's office. For some reason my insurance pays for my doctor's services but will not pay for physical therapy at his office. WIERD. So I am going to try to go to my old physical therapist. Why try to build a whole new relationship with a therapist over a 6 week period when I already went through 3 months with another one. The doc told me I can start living my life again. He said, "No running in the rain. That's bad." that was pretty much his only piece of advice. I asked if I could do Halloween, he said, "no problem." I asked if I could ride roller coasters, he said, "You can start doing what you want to do again." I just have to careful. My Aunt and I went out and gourged ourselves at Olive Garden. Good times. Then we went and ran a few errands and I listened to LOTS OF MUSIC..missed it. Then we came home for a few and then my cousin Dawn picked us up. We went and rented some movies. Dickie Roberts Child Star, Gothika, HellBoy, and Tristan got Small Soldiers. So far everything I have seen was good. Haven't watched Gothika yet. Then we went to dinner but my Aunt and I just had dessert while Dawn and Tristan had appetizers. Both places we went today we had REALLY terrible service. Olive Garden I ordered Chicken Parmesan and got Soup/Salad/Breadsticks. Red Lobster we were there 45 minutes and all we did was eat appetizers and desserts. Then we came home and started watching movies. I slept through Hellboy...seen it once and I guess not having that brace on is what my body has been waiting for to sleep...for 2 hours...now I am wide awake...whatever. That's pretty much it. I am trying to start my physical therapy today..my birhday...good times. I will blog about the Eric Birthday Unbash tomorrow. laterWednesday, August 04, 2004
It's Back
My laptop is finally back home. It took 2 weeks, 400 million calls, and Billy and I driving over to my old apartment and getting it..but it's finally back. Now I am goingg to use it a lot. So Billy came over today and took me over to my old apartment for the computer getting. Then we went to Chili's for lunch. It was fun. Listened to music, talked to the Jen on the phone, went to Target to get a Thank You card for the McCoys, and then we came home. Fun times. Billy got in a couple games of Mega Man collection before he left. (that was the gift my little brother gave me) Then he went off to rehearsal. Good times. My Aunt called and I am going to spend the night over there tomorrow night to help her out..and to help me out a little..we don't know what my leg is going to feel like tomtorrow. If everything goes as planned I am going to drive home Friday and everything will be just fine. I had to postpone mine and Carrie's tradition for a few nights. Dad came home for the night. That's pretty much it. BRACE COMES OFF TOMORROW!!!And yet again the universe has given me a sharp kick in the groin and laughed as it walked away.....
It has been a long couple of days. My grandmother came home from the nursing home because they are incompitent morons and didn't give her nitro glycerin as directed when she was having severe chest pains. My father has moved out and is living with her to help take care of her. He is only coming home to shower and to eat....sometimes. My mother is on the verge of nervous break down (being bi-polar...it doesn't take much). My brother starts school Thursday and is generally just being annoying(could be the walls closing in and talking to me as they get ever closer). AND my laptop is missing in action. I wrote Dell an email after waiting TWICE the expected wait time on recieving my laptop. They wrote me back and told me that it had already been delivered to me and gave me a tracking number I already had. You know why I already had it? BECAUSE IT WAS THE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE EMPTY BOX THEY SENT ME TO PUT MY LAPTOP IN IN THE FIRST PLACE! Anyway...I called the shipping company, which had forged my signature on the delievry and tossed it over the fence, and they actually were very helpful...except there was no way they could help. So I wrote Dell back and am waiting on a response. I WANT MY LAPTOP NOW! They better hurry it up. BRACE COMES OFF IN 2 DAYS! COUNT THEM WEDNESDAY-1, THURSDAY-2. Billy is supposed to come over tomorrow and help me get through the day, my Aunt is coming over Thursday to take me out to lunch for my birthday and then go to the doctor, and Carrie has requested to take me out to dinner on Thursday for my birthday. (Her's was yesterday and we started a tradition like...last year where she takes me out to dinner and I graciously accept and say, "Next time's on me.") So my next couple of days are atleast full. THEN LEG FREEDOM IS MINE! IT'S ALL MINE! I hope.Sunday, August 01, 2004
Sleepless Night Ramblings
PLEASE DEAR GOD LET THIS ALMOST BE OVER! I hate this brace. I hate this life of sitting here in my parent's house and doing nothing but being a burden and a vocal punching bag for their plans and expectations for me. I hate laying awake all night because I can't get comfortable and my body has gone in a revolt against sleep. I hate not seeing my friends. I hate not talking to my friends weekly, let alone daily. I hate not working. I hate feeling relatively fine but being confined by Doctor's Orders. I hate hating all of these things even though I know that they are what is best for me in most cases. 5 days left.Saturday, July 31, 2004
The Days Soldier On
Well...I am almost there. 6 Days left till this brace is finally shed. The scar is healing quite nicely. I have come up with a sexy scar cover story or two to give to the ladies..when I can finally meet some. ERIC HAS AN ICE BREAKER! Not really a great one though...ANYWAY!! I am doing a lot of sitting around the house. But you guys already know that. I rented Transformers for PS2 and Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for GameCube. Transformers is a good game. Lots of cool extra features if you take the time to get them..stuff like getting to watch old "Knowing Is Half The Battle" commercials from Transformers in the 80's. GREAT STUFF. The Final Fantasy game sucked...like if someone gives it to you as a gift...you could prolly trade it for a stick of gum or something and get more enjoyment. I am stranded at home with my parent's and it wasn't even interesting enough to keep me entertained long enough to avoid contact with them for a few hours. I am doing quite well as far as surviving the madness. My parent's are working hard at driving me completely bonkers..but I will survive. They want me and a couple of my friends to live here after they move out and pay them rent and stuff. They can't understand that that is the last thing any of my friends want to do...live in a beat up trailer out in the woods in the middle of nowhere. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO LIVE HERE. But I am going to make it. My ex-roommate/ex-best friend finally payed me the money he owed me and we had a uncomfortable yet civil conversation that lasted about 15 minutes. My birthday is a week away. Next Friday August 6th. My brother has already bought my present and is lording it over me like there is no tomorrow. I really do feel that life is reverting. I am trying not to be jealous of the completely mobile people I talk to occasionally...but it seeps in when you least expect it. My friend Melissa is getting married on August the 14th. She came and visited me yesterday and we talked for like 3 hours. I am happy she is happy. My laptop has yet to return to me from the clutches of the evil that is dell computer corporation. And..that's my posting.Monday, July 26, 2004
Rough Week(modified)
So I was talking to my parent's on the way to my Uncle Jimmy's Mother's viewing and some things got clarified. This week we lost 3 people to cancer, one from old age, and one from undetermined causes. And I actually don't remember meeting any of them. It turns out that my Uncle Bob's father didn't come when we went to Disney. It was his brother and his sister who he had lost contact with. I just forgot. I really did think his father came. I just remember it being a big deal for Bob cause it was family he had lost contact with for a really long time. So it's just been a really rough week....not really on me..but on everyone around me...which affects me greatly. Then there is the whole stress of the not getting the money from my butt-hole of an ex-bestfriend/roommate. He obviously went out of town the week that I found out about the check bouncing. So he supposedly got back today...but still doesn't answer his cell phone. I will continue to harrass him until I get my money. Even if I have to show up opening night of his show and wait by his car until I can talk to him. What can I say...that's almost my entire rent...can't let that go by. My knee is fine, healing nicely. Got some vitamin E today to put on it and help it heal faster and the scar look less scary. Other than that things are good...really. But could you guys do me a favor...no one else die. Just this once...for me. LaterSunday, July 25, 2004
Rough Week
Well it has been a really rough week. This week alone 5 people that my family kn0ws in one way or another died. We lost 2 to cancer, 1 to old age, and I am really not sure how the other two died to tell you the truth. I only knew one of them...a little. It was my dad's best friend Bob's father. I think of Bob as an Uncle. I once took him, his father, his sister, and his son Josh to Disney. (When I worked there) We had a great time. Bob had just caught up with his father...he didn't know him when he was growing up...I don't know the whole story..but I think he grew up in an orphanage. So that's the only person that has died this week that I knew at all. It's just a wierd feeling to watch my parent's have that many people die in a week that they knew. To have to watch them try to decide whose funeral they will go to cause there are so many scheduled at practically the same time. Everything will work out soon..I am just hoping we don't get anymore phone calls with bad news for a few weeks. My knee is feeling pretty good. Brace comes off in 11 days.Tuesday, July 20, 2004
Edens Lost
Yesterday was a great day. Even though the title of this entry and some of the information in it may sound sad...really it's not at all. Billy came and picked me up and we went to Universal. He cleaned out his car so we could get my immobile but into to it...even set up a little bed complete with magazines in the back for me to chill on the ride. It was cool. We got to Universal and went over to Jaws where I got to meet a few of the four thousand new hires and say hi to everyone that I already knew. There was much poking fun at the Eric...but it was great...I miss those guys. Then we went over to the Entertainment Trailer(T-65) and on the way we bumped into Chad, from casting, he walked up to me and asked how I was, what happened to my knee, and made sure I knew when Bill & Ted auditions were. Then when I told him I should be well enough to atleast audition by then, he seemed genuinely happy about it and we chatted for a minute about my knee and his wife, ending with him telling me to get better soon and he looks forward to seeing me at auditions. I feel as if I may have made an impact at my previous auditions...atleast enough to warrent him wanting me to make auditions. Can happiness boil? Then we went on to T-65 and I tried to get in touch with Julie, Stage Manager for Halloween and stuff like that usually and an all around good friend of mine, but she wasn't there. Then we came home. I got on the phone with Dell to discuss my laptop issues only to find out, after about an hour and taking my entire laptop apart on my kitchen table, that the motherboard is fried. They are going to fix it free of charge and I should have it back in about a week. Now onto to this morning...I get a phone call. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO YOUR KNEE?!?!?" It was Julie. I explained everything and we talked for like half an hour. Catching up. In the end we had come to the conclusion that I will be involved with Halloween in some way, shape, or form and for me not to worry about it. Now onto the Edens Lost part of the conversation. Billy and I went to lunch and had a conversation with a girl that I have known since High School. She was asking me about Moonlight stuff and I told her that I truthfully didn't know what she wanted to know because I am not doing anymore shows there. I was talking to Billy about the whole situation and what lead me to that decision and I said something that Billy said was very poetic. The reason why I am leaving Moonlight is because it isn't what it used to be for me. When I used to get in a fight with my mom I would go there and I woudl feel better. No matter what was bothering me in this world..when I went there everything was great. It's not that way anymore. If I feel miserable outside of that theater...I feel just as miserable, if not more-so, in that theater. When I got so upset after Midsummer Casting, it had very little to do with that specific casting. It was just a combination of everything hitting at once. Not knowing why I wasted money on my college, things weren't good with my parent's, my friendship with Nathan was deteriorating, I was loosing faith in myself as an actor, my knees were acting up, just everything. I went to auditions because I was trying to get away from everything..but all it did was makeme hurt more. And it just hurts when you lose your Eden. I no longer had my safe haven...and my second family. I have made several friends there that I hope will stay with me for a lifetime...but the feeling of family with everyone involved is gone. Especially after the surgery. No one from what I thought of as my Moonlight family called to check on me, no one from there asked how I was, no one except for Jennifer...and she is one of my closest friends. But the family I thought I had...it's gone. I am very happy for the time I spent with them, and it allowed me to meet Billy, and brought Lu Lu, Cindi, and the whole gang together, but I am moving on. I know how melodramatic the whole thing sounds, but that is really how I feel. Auditioning at other theaters this year...cause lets face it...No one is ever gonna get "discovered" at moonlight. It may not happen in Orlando theaters either...but I think there is a much better chance. That's pretty much the end of the post for me. Things are going great though. 17 days until I get rid of this acursed brace and am yet again among the mobile.Sunday, July 18, 2004
Worst Journal Ever
Ok...sorry everyone, (if any of you still exist), I will really try to do better. My laptop is broken and getting on this fossil of my parent's for any purpose is annoying so I avoid it...I avoid it like I avoid... well... um.... currently... bending my left knee. So, my life, Let's see.....I sleep, I get up, I eat, I watch some T.V., I eat some more, I talk on the phone, I watch some more T.V., I might play a video game, watch some more T.V., eat some more, I shower, and then I sleep and find myself doing this over and over again. Such is life. Who would have thought that a brace with "immobility" in the title would make me so....Immobile? Billy visited me Saturday of last week making my week a lot brighter. I really do appreciate everyone who has called, wrote, emailed, chatted, came by, ANYTHING. REALLY you guys are keping me sane. I went out today for pretty much the first timesince surgery. It was nice. I can actually get around ok...it's just getting me to places that is tricky. I never realized how often I acually NEED to bend my knee...wierd. OH, and I figured out my financial situation too. I won't get to into it...but someone that I was not at all happy with who I shall not name but if you know me or read my blog at all you can probably guess....wrote me a bad check. When I got home from the hospital the were threatening to repo my car and all kinds of stuff because my car payment had bounced and my account was about 50 dollars overdrafted...all because this 200 dollar check bounced. NOW...here is why I am upset. I know everyone makes financial mistakes...understandable. The check was rejected on June 11th...it is now...July 17th or so. I didn't get my mail cause I was in the hospital and my former roommate was supposed to be telling me if anything from my bank or work came in...well he didn't. I am mad because I AM SURE that person was notified that the check bounced...I should have recieved a call telling me that they are very sorry and they will get the money to me a.s.a.p. I am out of work...I just had surgery...they know that. Act like a compassionate human being. That's pretty much that. My life is going pretty good...gotta get out more...the rents are driving me a little bonkers...but it's all good. I get my brace off on August 5th, 3 weeks. That means that the immobilation of my knee will be lessened by the removal of the immobilation brace! YAY! Eric can drive again! YAY! And that is my life...in an enormous coconut shell. I will try to post more frequently. Don't hate me.

Wierd
Ok boys and girls. The reason the blogs have become much more infrequent is because my laptop is broken. Lu Lu swears it is because it is a Dell...I don't think so. ANYWAY. I am doing much better. They took the staples out yesterday lessening the pain a great deal. I don't have the dress it anymore which is nice. AND I CAN TAKE SHOWERS! Which I am sure EVERYONE who has come within 50 feet of me in the past week is thankful for. That's pretty much it. I will try to get on this fossil that my parent's call a computer occasionally and blog but I am not making any promises. Blog soon. COME VISIT ME!

I'm Home
Well everyone. After 3 days of being in the hospital I am home. And even though I was unhappy while I was there...I appreciate everything they did for me while I was there...pain has become a friend of mine...the kind of friend that I hit over the head with a pill or two every now and then. It is supposed to go away in a couple of days. No seriously everyone...it's not so bad. Just gotta get used to it. Well I am going to take some pills and go to bed...cause it is late..and I am tired..and my leg hurts. LATERS

The Surgery Fairies Have Blessed Me
Well the surgery is FINALLY scheduled. I will be having the actual surgery at 1:30 pm this Wednesday. I have to be there at 11 a.m. for PPP, (Pre-op Poking and Prodding). They have instructed me not to eat anything after 5 a.m. of that morning but I CAN get up at 4:30 a.m. and have a light breakfast of cereal and toast according to the nurse. No idea how long I will be in the hospital but it is almost definete that I will be there overnight. That's right folks....This Wednesday Night..ERIC BRIDGES will be appearing at Netherworld Hospital(Health Central) for a limited time only in a Paper Moo Moo. Enjoy my friends...enjoy...as it won't happen again if I can help it. (Which...I really can't...cause they gotta do the other knee sometime...but we will cross that bridge when we get to it.) I spent pretty much all of today cleaning and trying to get things organized for my "TIME OF NO WALKING". Things are coming along quite nicely. I still have to go back to the apartment tomorrow and get everything we left behind...but that will come tomorrow...and not be worried about today. I miss everyone. Blog soon.

Why Eric Shouldn't Blog
Last night I said some things regarding Carrie and I that when I reread I realized they weren't displayed very well. Carrie and I aren't NOT talking. She and I are heading in that general direction...we are following our normal pattern and I was assuming that after about another week we would be totally not talking. Now...I have probably made that true. Another thing that I said that was probably missinterpreted by most, atleast by one, is the part where I said I was released from first loves icey grip. What I meant by that was I finally have a choice in the matter...I don't just without thinking give in to what Carrie wants. I can put my foot down and say this is it...and resist temptation, something I couldn't do for a LONG time before. And it is freeing. I just don't hurt about this whole Carrie and I thing right now...I am depressed about the surgery and the having to move home, though not as depressed as I was last night.(getting a little better day after day) I am truly sorry for hurting feelings..it was bound to come around sometime.
Well..It Begins
I am technically moved back into my parent's house. We are going to get all my stuff tomorrow morning..but I won't be staying at the apartment anymore...so this is where I live. Kinda...blows...a lot. Tonight I am sitting here bored because I forgot to bring any of my stuff. I brought my laptop, THANK GOD!. I am sleeping on the couch...well the love seat. I have no TV, no books, no video games, no clothes really. It's boring. I will survive. I really wish I didn't have to move back into the rents house..but Oh well..that's life. Nathan has decided to move out of the apartment as well. That is fine..except for the fact that he told Matt...didn't tell me..told Matt to tell me and to look for someone to fill his room while I am looking for someone to fill mine. How did I not know he was an ass when I met him...I usually read people so well. Maybe he WASN'T as ass and Amber and theatrical success(If that's what you would call get a bunch of roles at Moonlight in Clermont) made him as ass. I don't know. Anyway..tomorrow is the great moving. I should find out when my surgery is somewhere around Monday. Good times. I am going to try to get everyone from Jaws together to hang out as soon as I know when my surgery is. I hope it all works out. On the Carrie and I front. She and I aren't talking. We have fallen into our familiar pattern yet again. The pattern I am sure we will never break. Well not in the way I was hoping for originally...but that's fine. I am going to break it the other way. I think I have come to the realization that I don't want what I thought I wanted from her. If for all this time she and I can play this game..and it has gotten to the point where I DON'T CARE...it's probably not worth trying to be in a relationship. And for the first time ever..I realize that..and I am fine with that. I don't hurt...at all. It's kinda nice. I think I have finally been set free from first loves icy grip.

And The Duck Stands Alone
Disney was FANTASMIC!...well actually just the last part was FANTASMIC! but the day in general was great! Lu Lu and I started our day at Animal Kingdom at 9:00, where we saw the Festival of the Lion King show, road Primeval Whirl, and Dinosaur. All of which were great. Then we went to Epcot at like 11:15 and road Mission Space. We went single riders and I met this nice family from Missouri that was terrified that they would get sick on the ride. I talked them through it and it was ok. Then we went to Magic Kingdom around 1:30 or so and we had a Pineapple Whip and ate a hot dog at Casey's while listening to a really great piano player who played a Oklahoma along with other great songs. Then we headed over to Tomorrowland to waste some time before the parade we were waiting for...how do you waste time in Tomorrowland...TOMORROWLAND TRANSIT AUTHORITY! It was enjoyable...as always. Then we headed to the parade. Before we watched the Wish Come True Parade something REALLY funny happened. There was a Momma duck that was walking along Main Street with it's baby. It was walking along like it owned the street and it had three escorts walking with it. IT WAS HILARIOUS! The Momma was quacking away making suree EVERYONE knew she was there and she was using the street. I got to see Natalie (Girl I went to High School with) as Alice and Debbie (Girl I did theater with) as The Snow Queen. Lu Lu's friend Kane was holding the rope at the end of the parade to which she shouted, "YAY ROPE BOY!" raising a few eyebrows throughout the surrounding area. Then we went to Philharmagic, that was one of the most amazing animations I have ever seen. I didn't really care for the Aladdin and Jasmin sequence...but the rest was truly amazing. Then we left Magic Kingdom and went on a trek over to Epcot...only difficult because there is no DIRECT path from Magic Kingdom to MGM...so we went to Carribean Resort and waited for a bus to get to MGM where Matt (Played Linus in Lu Lu's Production of You're A Good Man Charlie Brown) was waiting for us with Priority Seating at Hollywood and Vine. We got there at 5:30ish...and our priority seating was for 6:20. We needed to waste some time..so we went to Muppets 3D. Then we went to dinner. GREAT DINNER. It was a buffet...good food, good times, good company. There was this family to My right, Lu Lu's Left and they were awful. Imagine the most annoying family ever...multiply by 3...and add a spoiled rotten child and a BIRTHDAY CUPCAKE. That should get you NOWHERE NEAR HOW ANNOYING THIS FAMILY WAS! Our waiter decided to ignore Matt for the majority of the meal which lead to many enjoyable faces and exclamations from his side of the table. Just all around a good time. Then we went to FANTASMIC! I saw 3 people I knew...but didn't work up the nerve to talk to them. The show is still great. Matt parted ways with us and we started back to Epcot cause we left the car there. We went and road the bus with a very interesting character. An Australian who was just a little older than the two of us..I would guess who has seen the majority of the world and thinks it is normal for someone to BUY a car just for the duration of their vacation. NOT RENT..BUY. ANYWAY. We walked back to the car and drove home talking along the way. I have decided to go to atleast one audition a month when my knee is better. Within reason. That was my day...the play by play of the day. Good times.
Early Morning Waiting
I am sitting in front of my computer waiting for Lu Lu to come and pick me up. We are going to Disney for the day. YAY! Haven't been to a lot of these places since like...I quit...in 2000. We are going to try to hit all the parks at some point before they close..just see the highlights again. I CAN'T WAIT! I haven't been to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, or MGM since I quit I don't think. I have however been to Epcot a couple of times. Saw Wayne Brady and the like. Anyway...I am going to go and finish getting ready. Lu Lu will be here soon and the day of fun will begin...or continue...or whatever. I will post later with details of the day...and the tiredness that will follow.

Another Day, Another Doctor, AND ROAD TRIP!
Yesterday I went and saw Picasso at the Lapin Agile. Great show. Written by Steve Martin...so you knew it was going to be. Left my mom and dad's at 11:30ish and went to Jaws and talked to those people, then I met up with Lu Lu and soon after Mike. I drove us to Mt. Dora for the show. It was ok. Could have been better, could have been worse. I don't want to ruin any of the show for you..so I'll just say that one of my main pet peeves is people on stage doing an accent they OBVIOUSLY cannot do. That happened in the show...a couple of times. ANYWAY...it was a good experience. Then Lu Lu, Mike, and I started our impromtu trip to Deland for Dinner at Belini's...which was closed...so we went to another Italian restaurant which was fantastic..then we went and got ice cream. It was great..great day of freedom before imprisonment. Lu Lu lost and found her wallet and lost and didn't find her keys during the course of our trip. She also fell asleep and dunked her phone in butter pecan ice cream. It was a good day. That's pretty much the jyst of our day. Then today I went to the doc to get some X-rays to prepare for the surgery. Not a big deal. I will probably be in the hospital 3 to 5 days after the surgery..EVERYONE GETS TO VISIT! YAY! Oh..and whoever sneaks me in some REAL food gets to watch me eat it. YAY! YAY! YAY! I am going to see if I can bring my laptop into the hospital with me..THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! If they let me bring it to the hospital..it would give me WAY MORE to do. ANYWAY..that's it for the day. Let the packing commence.

Day O' Suprises
OK so all I did today was go to the doctor. I am having surgery, I still don't know when. It will definetly be after the doctor gets back from his vacation. I have to go get some X-Rays done before that according to a call I got today, but no big deal. He did however explain the surgery a little more in depth. I will let Jennifer fill in the name of the bones and ligaments in her comments later. The bump of bone just under my kneecap has to be moved to the right a little so as to bring my kneecap and the ligaments connected to it in allignment. It's a 3 step process: 1. Move the bump of bone. 2. Release some of the ligaments so as to relieve pressure. 3. I don't remember...but I am sure it will be painful. Then the Surprise night started. I got home and cleaned like a cleaning bat out of hell. Carrie got here at about 5 and brought me flowers. It was strange. Then we went to Spoodles. When we got there it was flooding. No..not just flooding..The ocean had decided to try to relocate over Disney Boardwalk. It was bad. We ran as fast as we could to the restaurant, using an umbrella, but still...SOAKED from the knees down. Spoodles was amazing. All Meditteranian food. GREAT STUFF! Then we went and met the gang at the parking lot behind House Of Blues. We met up with Lu Lu and her mom at the epcot employee parking lot and made our way to the show. Cindi, Lu Lu, her mom, Jen, Andrew, Carrie, and I saw the best production of Midsummer Nights Dream I have EVER seen. It was amazing. The guy playing Puck BLEW ME AWAY. I cannot wait to be part of Encore and S.T.A.G.E. I talked to Clay while I was there about being part of Encore and he says my knee surgery won't be a problem that we can work around it as long as I can sing. So only a few worries there. Then Cindi, Lu Lu, Carrie, and I went to Stake N' Shake. We ate a little, but not much cause still sooo full from Spoodles. Then we said goodnight and come home. Carrie and I talked for a long time...pretty much until 4:17 when she left. But let me tell you..a lot happened back there in those three little dots between the words time and pretty. Most of which I feel I can't divulge here on the net for everyone to read. So I won't. I walked her to her car and came inside and crashed REALLY QUICKLY. Face down on my bed fully clothed. Good night...very good night.

Oh Happy Day, Oh Happy Day
Today was a great day. I talked to Lorri and got everything off my chest that I was worried about, only to find out she was worried about the exact same things. We are going to remain friends and nothing more for a while. If, a few years down the road, after she finishes going through all of these college changes we are still interested, we might act on that. Things are GREAT! I cooked some dinner, ate, walked my dog, talked with Carrie. Things are really going very well. POSITIVE, POSITIVE, POSITIVE! Tomorrow night I am going on suprise night..not sure what to expect. All I am sure about is that we are going to see Midsummer at S.T.A.G.E. at Disney. I CAN'T WAIT! For all of it. Anyway, Billy is on his way over for ERIC AND BILLY'S FUN TIMES AT CASTLE GREYSKULL AND SURROUNDING AREA! Blog later.
Happies Of The Day
I watched some TV. Talked on the internet. Took a long, hot bath to try to get my muscles to relax. Ate some left-over Taco Salad. Talked to a few friends. And that's about it. My happy for today though is Honesty. Brutal Uncensored Honesty. Sometimes you need that to snap you back into reality.
A Heartfelt Sorry
I just would like to tell everyone I am sorry that I have been so negative lately. There is a lot going on right now with me. My knees, my apartment, my parents, my grandmother, Everything that happened with Shakespeare, my roommates or lack there of, worrying about Eddie and how he's dealing with his mom, lots of stuff....there is just a lot going on. When I am stuck in the apartment for a long period of time with little to no contact with everyone else for whatever reason, be it that I am not reaching out as much or people are just avoiding conversation with me cause I have been negative, I tend to forget that everyone else has their own life with things going on and their own problems. I am truly sorry. I am just very vocal towards my friends with what is going on in my life, what I am worried about, what I am thinking about. If I am being too negative just tell me and I will try my best to change conversation to a more positive side. It's hard for me to do...there are just a lot of negative points of conversation. One thing that I worry about constantly is the fact that I am going to be out of commision for 3 months...that is a whole summer basically..and that's all it took for me to lose contact with my last group of really close friends. You guys mean the world to me...You really do..and I know I don't say that enough. I worry that after 3 months of me being stuck in Ferndale I will find myself where I was a couple years ago..lacking in the friends department. Then there is the part of me that feels horrible even thinking about a stupid thing like my knees..a good friend of mine just lost his mother and I am worried about my knees. I have a little discomfort and he just lost his mother. Then there is the part of me that is just lonely. I am spending a lot of time sitting at the apartment by myself. It's no picnic because all I do is sit and think about everything I have mentioned in the above blog. Then there is the fact that I feel I am being dishonest with someone but I don't know how to fix it..even though I do and I think I am just scared to do it. Then there is the fact that I am finally getting a chance at what I have wanted since I was 16 year's old and I just don't know how to deal with that. But above all I am worried about losing my friends, gaining all the fat back that I have lost and ending up right where I was after High School. I am really sorry again if I have brought you guys more unneccesary pain and annoyance...and I hope that you guys can help me be more positive.

Decisions Made
Well I went and talked to my mom and dad and we talked about the surgery. We decided to go to the doc on Friday and talk to him about surgery on both knees as soon as possible. So I will probably be getting surgery in a couple weeks. Fun times. Moving in with my parents and being stuck in bed in what I am told will be excrutiating pain. Oh well...I'll make the best of it. It'll give me lots of time to read...so anyone who wants to get me a get well soon gift...Think books or video games. I enjoy fantasy novels. Music is good too..Any musical I don't have, The Shrek 2 CD..just a couple ideas. lol. I most likely be in the Netherworld Hospital(Health Central) for the surgery and a couple of days afterwards. I am worried that I will gain back all the weight I lost during the past year...3 months of little to no excercise worries me..I just got to where I look ok in a spiderman suit. OH well..I'll worry about that when it comes. That's about it.

Dreams Reflecting Reality
I had a dream last night that I was a regular cast member on friends. I was playing Ross and Monica's little brother Bobby. I moved in with Joey. Then one day I came to the set to get in costume and get ready for shooting and they had replaced me with another actor. They told me they thought it would be better if I didn't come back. I left and ended up sueing NBC for breeching my contract. That was my dream...wierd.
Hurts
Well I am no longer in "Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged". Tonight eagerly got on the internet to talk to some of the cast members when they got home and what do I get. Jen tell's me I am out of the show. Whereas I had expected the "We think you might want to concider dropping the show because of your knees" conversation, but not this. It hurts..It really hurts. I have felt so replaceable lately and this is just another instance of said replacement. It hurts bad... I may complain about the show...and the cast...and everything else every now and then...but that doesn't mean I don't want to be a part of it. "The more you love someone the more you want to kill them" Billy still hangs out with me...but that's it. He is the only person that makes a concious effort to hang out with me and I love him for it. He truly is my best friend. I love Jen too...I know she's busy and can't hang...I know she's just doing what she thinks she has to to save the show. I am just hurt. Most of this must just seem like stupid ramblings of a tired cripple...and maybe they are. To top things off...I try to talk to Brittany about whats going on and she tells me she doesn't care. That feels real good..when someone tells you they don't care if you are there or not. Replaceable. I am having surgery. I will go into isolation in a few weeks. I will not see my friends for prolly 6 weeks...and then when I come back..everyone will have moved on..and life will be different..and I will again find myself alone in the world. I'll go to work and the staff will be different for the most part. That spark that people that have known me for a while have noticed in me recently will die and I will revert back into the guy I was..instead of the guy I want to be. Life will go on.

Stuck In The Same Day On Different Days Cycle
I haven't posted much in the last couple of days because I find myself in doing pretty much the same thing everyday since I got back from the doctors and got all my news. I take my meds, call into work, sleep, play some games, and that's pretty much it. Just sitting around. Life isn't bad, just kinda..troublesome at the moment. My knees are hurting a lot. Didn't get to go to my show last night because my knees are hurting really bad. My family has pretty much unofficially decided that I will be having surgery soon. We are supposed to sit down soon and talk it out. But I am almost 90% sure I will have the surgery before my 22nd birthday. Mostly due to insurance reasons. The main one being that when I turn 22 I am off my parent's health insurance. Well then I move to my own from Universal...which isn't a big deal...except this is a pre-exisiting condition and they may not cover it..along with the fact that if they did cover it..they wouldn't cover it as well as my parent's insurance. So next year I will prolly be living with my parents. No high speed internet, no easy access to my friends, no working, no walking, NO FUN. SO I expect everyone to come out and see me in Ferndale while I am bed ridden. Talk to you guys soon.

Good News, Bad News
OK..So I went to the Ortho doc today and he had some news for me. My knees are totally f-ed up. Basically I am built wrong. Everything we have been doing this whole time has just been to make life bearable. They never really thought it would cure it. The only thing that will cure it is surgery. And we are not talking about a nice little 2 week recovery surgery like before. We are talking about a 3 month recovery. 6 weeks in bed with a knee brace and no moving and 6 weeks of physical therapy so I can walk again. What they need to do is detach one of the tendons on my kneecap and reattach it lower so that it doesn't pull my knee out of place. We have tried all of the alternatives that he knows. Anti-inflamitories, Physical Therapy, and now NEW anti-inflamitories. All of the muscles in my leg are apparently in great shape....just where they should be...the bottom line is..My knees are messed up. So now I am on new medication for my knees to go along with my medication for my tonsilitis. I have to figure out what to do about my knees. If the anti-inflamitory works...then everything is fine. If not then I have to concider surgery...and soon. That means I will probably have to move back in with my parents for a year so they can help take car of me after it being that I won't be able to walk, drive, move, or anything while I am recovering. So I have a lot of thinking to do.
Who Knew?
Ok...so I thought the point of getting your tonsils removed was to make it so you don't get tonsilitis. Get this. I have no tonsils...but I have tonsilitis. It turns out they take out the tonsils but leave some tonsil tissue in the back of your throat. That is inflammed and that means I have tonsilitis...or tonsiltissuitis. I don't know. But on the good notes...I am in the best physical health I think I have ever been in my whole life. My blood pressure was like 110 over 70 or something and my pulse was like 72. That's good. And the doc said that my vocal cords are really good. NO DAMAGE AT ALL FROM JAWS!!! YAY!!!!!!! So now it's 10:16 and I just got home from the doc. I have a prescription for some antibiotics to clear up the inflamation of the tonsils that I don't have and a doc's appointment this afternoon. I hope that one goes as easily as this one did. I'll post tonight with details.

Sore Throats And Popsicles
Today I sat around pretty much all day. My brother and I started watching Stephen King's Rose Red. Great movie..kinda long..but a great movie. We only watched the first 2 hours so far, but I'm sure the end will be good. My throat is still really sore. My knee is still really sore. I am going to both doctor's tomorrow so everything will atleast be somewhat sorted out by then. Billy came over and we played Mario Party 5 for a while and then we went and got Pizza. Not the best choice with a sore throat...but still fun. That's about it for the day. I'll post with doctor updates tomorrow.

So today was ok. The show went off without a hitch really. Good show. Jen and Mike from Jaws came, along with Mike's girlfriend. They said they really enjoyed the show. Layne wasn't there cause she was sick, leaving Jen to play her part. Now this wouldn't be a big deal except Layne is a big intimidating girl and Jen is...well...a girl. It was hilarious. So my comedic mind came up with rather than being scared cause Jen was running at me like I normally do with Layne, to laugh instead. Then when she got to me she kicked me in the shin and pushed me over. IT WAS HILARIOUS! One of the biggest laughs in the show. More people walked out today, this time their main complaint was the heat in the theater. If Moonlight doesn't start putting some money into the upkeep of the theater and making it habiatable for audiences...we are going to lose them. Then I got home, talked to Lorri some, talked to Billy and went to Blockbuster with my brother, he's been here for a few days. We rented Shanobi and Whiplash for PS2. GREAT GAMES! So I played them for the last 5 hours I think...and just got done making and eating dinner a few minutes ago. I read everyone's blog and decided to put the name thing that billy had on his journal on mine. What do you think? Accurate?

Of Shows, Reviewers, And Garbled Communications
Today was a pretty good day. I went to work, they got me out by 10 cause I was having some serious problems with my knee. It just gave out while I was standing there and I fell. Doctor this coming week will tell all as far as what I am going to do about it. Probably some kind of knee scope surgery thing. No big deal. I am going to work through it hopefully still at Jaws. I came home, rested, went grocery shopping, came home, made lunch and went to the show. On the way to the show I talked to my mother and she said that my grandmother had fallen and broken her arm. I really wish she would keep her walker with her and stop falling. But she will be fine. Then I got to the show and set what was left to set up up. I thought call time was 7:00...so I got there at about 6:55 and found out that it was actually at 6:30. So the show went pretty well. The energy was wierd. There were a few screw ups..but all in all everything was fine. The reviewer was there...which was...we'll go with...stressful. We all did the show...everything was fine. We had a meeting at the end because Brittany had voiced the opinion that we should drop the crew parts. I was not at all happy about this..but in the end decided that I would just keep my mouth shut and take whatever was given...because I would rather just not go on stage that one time than listen to other people complain because they have to and don't want to. I understand if you don't want to..but if that's the case..just say that...don't say it's because you are to busy to do it. ANYWAY...I am no longer appearring as a ghetto rap god in the show..that has been dropped. So never again will anyone see Ghetto Eric. My mother and Aunt came and saw the show and enjoyed it very much..well the parts that I was in and the parts that Billy and Andrew were in. They didn't care for Nathan to much from what they told me. Then Billy and I went outside and talked a little and decided not to go to Denny's..but then when I got on the road..I changed my mind. So I tried to call his cell..which he had left off. So I decided that the best course of action to get his attention was to drive like a complete ass. It worked. He promptly followed me to Denny's and we talked out a few things. Everything appears to be looking up. I will continue to do the show, void of Ghetto Eric, and I will like it, because it is theater, and that's what I love. Billy thanked me for all that I do in regards to the show tonight...that meant a lot...even though I don't do a lot for the show as far as I am concerned. I am pretty sure I am one of the worst stage managers there is. I have never done it by myself before..I have always had someone else there to help out...and this time I just gave the title away a few weeks ago..because I didn't feel I was filling the title out enough. So then I get home and everything is fine. I talk to Layne (The third of the Crew members from the show) about the whole dropping the rap thing and Britt calls me and tells me that she wants to talk this out cause I was obviously pissed when I left the theater and she wanted to talk to me before she heard about it from everyone else. SO I TALK TO MY FRIENDS DEAL WITH IT! I tend to just keep my mouth shut when I think it won't help anything. If my opinion won't sway a decision and will end in people getting mad..I just keep my mouth shut. I offer my opinion to my friends...but that's pretty much it. I guess I should remedy that. Anyway..I told Britt that I wasn't that pissed off..I was majorly dissapointed because I had told people to come to the show to see me all decked out Ghetto..but that was it. So maybe "majorly dissapointed" comes out as "pissed off" with me sometimes. Sorry. So tomorrow the show will go on. And good times will be had by all.

Good Show, Good Show, And A New Blog Concept
It has been brought to my attention that I do not look on the bright side of things enough...so what I will try to do from now on is only leave in the bad things that I feel need to be said and leave all the others out...and for every bad thing that makes it into my blog..I will balance it with atleast one good thing, possibly two to tip the balance. Tonights show went very well. Most of the audience liked it. Minus the 4 people that walked out during intermission and the poor girl that got called on stage to be Ophelia...she's shy. All in all GREAT SHOW. Tonight was Tim's mom's birthday so we has champagne and cake and wished her a happy birthday. Then we all went to Denny's to hang. Lorri came with us. Which was really nice...she brightens every day. It was a good night even with my bum knees. I'll blog later.

Opening Night
Well opening night went pretty well. There were a few little technical problems..but everything will work out in the end. The audience seemed accepting of it..they seemed to really enjoy it. My puppet show curtain fell apart..but I saw that coming...it was broken before it even went on stage. After the show Nathan left before notes. Something that in a 3 man show, on FINAL DRESS SHOULD NOT be allowed but whatever...it's Nathan I guess. Just gotta used to special treatment for him at Moonlight. No big. Today at work I was loading guests all day. But that's good...my knee was bothering me and they were just looking out for me. I will post about the other events of the day later tonight.

I Hate Feeling Like This
I am so tired of working at Moonlight. Tonight was terrible. I came in and built the puppet show theater and got everything ready for the night. Nathan didn't come in early like he was supposed to and set up the projector so he was busy with that and we didn't get to rehearse with him in the box before the run through tonight...so we didn't even get to use it. I am the worst Stage Manager ever. No one listens to me and everything I try to do turns out wrong. I am so glad I dropped Midsummer..because I couldn't take another show. Jan came in and gave the note, "I have seen the show with just the three and I like it better that way."...translation..I would like the show better if the crew wasn't in it. I shouldn't take that personally...but I do. She gave me that sickingly sweet attitude the one time she talked to me tonight..she is pissed cause I dropped the show. WHATEVER. Then I snapped at Laura because she was giving Jen and me a hard time because Nathan didn't use the puppet show thing tonight. I came close to cussing her out..which would have been bad..but it would have felt good. No one listens to me. Layne does...and she will do what I ask her to. Brittany is bitter because she isn't stage manager I think...I don't know. She just doesn't listen to me. I know I am not the best....I KNOW THAT. I SUCK AS A STAGE MANAGER! It's my first time ever. DEAL WITH IT! We got our notes and I dashed before I started yelling, or punching, or crying..or I don't even know what. That's that. I'll blog later.
Fun Times
Today was a long, fun day. I went to Jaws at 9:15 and started working. My knee was giving me trouble so I worked Preboard all day. It was fun. Lorri came to ride my boat. Everyone at work thought she was cute...even though they all gave me trouble...it was obvious that for the most part..they approved. I got off at 5 and Billy and I went to rehearsal. Everything is coming together nicely with the show. Then we went to Lu Lu's show at the Fringe. How in the hell I managed to not go to the fringe ever in the past 21 years of my life..I will never know. But it saddens me. It was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was overtaken by srtistic surges of sweetened air. The whole place buzzed electric, poetic, artistic mojo. I can't even explain it. I felt at home. Lu Lu's show was...amazing. The writing was beautiful, the set, music, everything just amazingly done. Then on to the real amazement of the night. Jay and Lu Lu. They were both...brilliant. How I am blessed with a friend like Lu Lu I don't know. She is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. Everything she puts her hands in is immedietly turned to gold. Jay did an amazing job as well. Me, Billy, and Cindi were crying in the front row. Beautiful. Then we all went to Denny's and sat arouund and ate and laughed. It was a great time. I really miss that. I said my happy was the fringe...but I would like to ammend that. It was the fringe with some of my most favorite people in the whole world.

Yay For Friends And Happy Times
Today was one of those days that starts out rough but ends up really good...even with the rough edges here and there. I got up at 10:30 and went to the theater because I was trying to get away from Nathan. He was in the apartment and we weren't talking...so I left and went and did what I had to do. I called Billy, Jen, and Brittany and tried to get someone to come to the theater with me...just so I wasn't there by myself. No one seemed to realize this call for help was a call for help. But it's all good. I went and bought all the supplies I needed for the things I needed to build (I would just like to say it was awesome to get 5 ten foot long pieces of PVC in my mid sized car. FUN TIMES!). Went back to the theater and got to work. For about 5 minutes...then I gave up and called Jen and Billy and crashed there alone time. Sorry guys. We played some video games, and then learned a valuable lesson about Lawn Mower blades. The lesson is...DON'T TOUCH THEM! EVEN IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET THEM OFF AND YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! Jen has a sizable gash in her hand and I have a pretty big gash right in the middle of my middle finger's FINGERNAIL! Pain. Then we went to Spirro's and ate lunch. Where a girl I went to high school with hit on me. She is a drug addict...and I am kinda involved..so....NOPE. Then we went to theater and built some stuff and rehearsed. Nathan and I didn't speak and Cathy Mac gave me dirty looks. Then me and my dad and Jen went and fixed the lawnmower blade. Then back to the theater, notes, and to SHREK 2 with Billy. GREAT MOVIE! GREAT GREAT MOVIE! Then I went to Billy's house and hung out with him and Lorri and their dad for a while. Then I came home. Blog post ended...will post soon. Giddiness Meter standing at 85%

My Happy Post For The Night
Ok. This is to make it so Nathan doesn't make my whole evening of posts sound mad, angry, and just all around not happy. Tonight one of the reasons I was happy is because I fit into a shirt that I bought during Forum. It is a medium...and I fit into it now. I haven't been able to wear a medium T-shirt since I was like 10 or 11. It is nice. Then just for kicks...last night..I tried on my Spiderman Costume...just to see how close to my goal of being able to fit in the costume without looking bad I am. I DON'T LOOK AWFUL! I still need to work on my chest, and my obliques, and my abs in general...but that's pretty much it. Working on my arms will make it look even better..but I would look good in it if I get my obliques and chest a little shaped. Happy, Happy, Happy. Giddiness Meter in repairs.
Reading Outside Under A Tree Can Solve A Few Problems
Well I went outside with Blot and sat under a tree and read for a few minutes. It helped. I came in and decided that I don't want Amber to live here. If I can't have a simple opinion and make a simple suggestion in MY apartment then I don't want her here. So I talked to Matt, he agreed that I was right on that count. I called Nathan and said I that I had thought about it and decided it's not a good idea for Amber to live here. That I had made a simple suggestion and Amber had chewed me out for it for the second time and I was tired of it. He immedietly said that they had discussed it and thought it wasn't a good idea and immedietly got just as defensive about it as Amber had previously. So I am done. Nathan and I are going to call this friendship dead I am pretty sure. And I wouldn't be at all suprised if Nathan and Amber show up again to chew me out..and that's fine. That's why doors have locks. So I am expecting lots of fun tomorrow at rehearsal..being that I am stuck with being Nathan's dresser...That's cool. I guess we will see if Nathan can actually act like he's not pissed at me on stage...My guess is no. NYU can only do so much. Blog soon.
Another Chapter In The Book Of How Eric's Life Got More Complicated
Today was a decent day. I get up and Nathan is here. He asks me in a more telling fashion that Amber is going to move in with us for 2 months. I say that I guess it is fine...not that I REALLY had a choice in the whole thing. I got up and went out to lunch with my parents, brother, and grandmother. We went to Denny's and had the longest lunch ever prepared by anyone ever in the history of lunches ever. It took us 2 hours to get our food and eat. Then I went to rehearsal which went pretty well. Lorri showed up..which made me happy. Having her around made rehearsal a lot less painful. We got to see her awesome new ride. Very nice. Then we went to Dairy Queen. We meaning Jen, Billy, Lorri, and I. We had various dessert like things and talked, mostly about the show. Then I came home and told Nathan that I think that Amber should pay a 4th of the rent and bills if she is going to be living here for 2 months. That only seems fair. She is sharing everything. She may not have her own room, but she is using the living room, the kitchen, the laundry room, and all that communal stuff. It only seemed fair to me. We have to be respectful of one more persons space and we should be compensated as much. I didn't say it like that...but that's the general thought. There I sat playing Mega Man X7 minding my own business when Amber and Nathan come in the door and Amber lets me have it. That me expecting her to pay rent is ridiculous basically. That she wants her own bedroom. She isn't getting a 4th of the space so she shouldn't have to pay a 4th of the rent. She got all teary eyed....gave us her whole woeful story of debt and sucky life. After much srgument and me rolling my eyes and finally just giving up..She agreed to pay 200 dollars...eventually. WHATEVER. I don't care anymore. These are people I will most likely not even socialize with after they move out and set down the road of ruining their life. WHATEVER. I want to see Lorri...I just want to sit and spend time with her and not be here. Giddiness Meter broke. Can't afford a new one. So let us just say that I am happy when Lorri is around...and not so much at the moment in her absence.

Tired, So Very Tired
Well today was a very long day. I worked from 8:45 to 6:02. It was a very long day....a very very long day. If you sit at a desk a 9 hour day is annoying...stressful...tiring. If you get chased by a giant shark, deal with guests who don't understand that a ride that takes place in a boat on water will probably result in GETTING WET, yelling, screaming, cringing, getting knocked back by imaginary grenade launcher kicks, falling, and sudden searchlight moves for 9 hours is stressful, exhausting, annoying, and I'm pretty sure..somewhere close to torture in most states. But I love it. It's great. A true source of happiness in my life right now. Then I called Lorri...the high point of my day right there. The conversation was short...but meaningful. Then I went to rehearsal....where I DID NOTHING! They decided to do ACT 2 after I got there..not only Act 2..but just the Hamlet scene in Act 2. You know what I do during that...I hold up the curtain..one time...for 2 seconds...so that a box can come through. A WASTE OF GAS MONEY AND TIME...if not for Jen and Billy and Andrew and Brittany and Layne. I love hanging out with them...mostly the first 3. After rehearsal Amber and Nathan walked up to where I was talking with Layne and Brittany..and didn't acknowldege my presence....which is fine. I don't care anymore. I don't want anything to do with them after my lease is up. That could just be the exhaustion talking..but right now..that's how I feel. Me and Billy hopped in the car and came home. Now I sleep. Work at 7 a.m. will come ALL TO SOON I'm sure. Giddiness readings are flawed at the moment due to exhaustion. Will report soon.

Of Exploding Cherubs And Ogres
Tonight was a great night. I went to see Shrek 2 with Lorri. Great movie, great great movie. It was a really good night. I got to her house at 6:15 and spent about 45 minutes playing video games with Billy and then at 7 we promptly turned off the game and Billy went to rehearsal and Lorri and I went to City Walk. My head is still spinning from the night. Nothing fantastic happened...we just watched the movie and the walked around citywalk for a while...but that in itself was spectacular for me. We then started walking to the car and talked about life in general. She got into some hardcore relationship conversation pieces, but it was good conversation. Then we got in the car and religion came up...a touchy subject for me which has stopped many a dating relationship in it's tracks. We talked and she was very accepting...which is good. Then I realized that I had switched onto auto-pilot and we found ourselves driving in the oposite direction of her house...and right out in front of my apartment complex. I drove by and took her home. We went by the new apartment cause...I don't think either of us were really ready for the night to end. I dropped her off with a hug and another date is over leaving me happy as all git out...and that is very happy. I came home my head spinning with exploding cherubs and started talking to her on IMs. We talked everything out and we are both on the same page regarding this whole thing..which is good to know...and that page is 2...and in a few months..we might move onto 3..but we are taking this really slow. Which is good...cause there is a lot at stake here. I will blog again soon. Giddiness level: 110%

Of Graduation, Uncomfortable Questions, And Names Impossible To Pronounce
Tonight I went to Lorri's graduation. It was the best graduation ceremony I have ever been to. There were 750 students and it only lasted until like 10. Very nice. Now to the less fun part of the evening...before graduation when Lori's dad came up to me and said, "So I hear you are dating my daughter without asking me." SILENCE...LOTS OF SILENCE. It was not fun..but I think he was joking because nothing else was said. Oh well. It was a good time. Tomorrow is the movie with Lorri. Can't wait. It will be fun. Lots of fun. I would like to say that it is kinda wierd censoring my blog. I have been leaving out certain things because Billy is reading and I don't want to say things that might make him unccomfortable..and because Lorri is reading and I have to leave some things to mystery. I'm going to bed now. Another early morning tomorrow...WORK AT 7:15...that means I have to be in in 7 hours. That means I have time for almost 5 hours sleep. I'll blog later. Most likely about the movie date. Giddiness Level: 90%
Of Naps, Sleep, and Leaving Work Early
Well today I yet again left work early. In fact the entire opening crew left work early, because today was the first day that we had to come in at 7 to clean boats in the middle of the week...and no one was ready for it. Everyone was exhausted. Then we opened the ride at about 8:45...a whole hour and 15 minutes earlier than posted on the map. We sat all of 2 guests in the first half hour, then a total of 73 in the first hour. It was ridiculous. ANYWAY I came home early. I crawled into bed and got a nap. Good nap...naps are great...I love naps. Sleep in general is great...I love sleep, Yes my friend...I missed you. Now I am sitting here all ready for Lorri's graduation. I wonder how her test went. Sent roses over there last night with a note that said, "Good Luck on your test. Eric" I hope she liked them. Well I am off to the McCoy house for graduation. Blog later.

Continued Goodness
So today was a good day all in all. I went to work ridiculously tired. Got sent home by noon. Went over to harrass Billy who was stationed at Men In Black all day...last time he joneses for a Rescue shift. His face is burnt to a Crisp...and not the good british kind. I dropped Midsummer Nights Dream today. I wrote Jan an email explaining why...and I will post it now.
"Hey Jan,
Unfortunately I am going to have to drop Midsummer Nights Dream. All I do lately is go to work, come home for 30 seconds, go to the theater, come home, sleep 4 hours, go to work, come home for 30 seconds, go to the theater, come home, sleep 4 hours. I can't keep living like this. Work has me working at a minimum 40 hours a week and I have been at the theater pretty much every night for a couple months. Today I almost fell asleep on one of the boats while I was waiting to move forward into load. They sent me home early, yet again, I have been REALLY tired for the last couple weeks. So, I am sorry to do this to you, please don't hold it against me...but I am only doing what I think is best for me and the theater. I am no good to anyone if I fall asleep at work or on stage. I will leave my script at the theater tonight in the desk out front.
Sorry,
Eric"
This is what I got back.
"I am sorry you have to drop out but I have been in the same position. Thanks for letting me know early enough. Jan"
So things went pretty well all in all. Then I talked to Lorri on the phone for a few minutes. She read my journal..which is good. Cause now she knows that beyond a doubt I had a good time...now I just gotta get my hands on her online diary address. Even after putting my ultra super sneaky spy powers to work...still no good on the address...but I will get it. Right after she tells me. FYI: Giddiness levels at...85 percent.

GREAT DAY
It has been a GREAT couple of days. On Saturday I saw Lu Lu's show. Great show. Everyone had the show down pretty good, characters were really good. I thought that Charlie Brown himself was lacking in the hope category...he had the depression and the comedic timing and everything...but I thought that he lacked hope to some extent. A couple of the characters had been sick so their singing voices were not doing so hot..but all in all GREAT SHOW. Lu Lu shined light a star that had been coated in a shiney paint....such as...I don't know...a paint that shined. HILARIOUS! Then today I had a REALLY GREAT DAY! I went out with Billy and Eddie H. and looked at a couple of apartments. We FOUND ONE! It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath. If we can find a 4th roommate it will be less than 250 a person a month. THAT IS AWESOME...almost 150 dollars less a month for me. GREAT TIMES! Then to the true greatness of the day. I went and picked up Lorri, after a brief stop at flower central to get some flowers. I came to the door and did the whole flowers, pick up the girl, good times thing. We went to Hard Rock and just had a REALLY GOOD TIME IN GENERAL. I have been trying to contain my giddiness all night..but it has to come out eventually...such is life. We road the Revenge of the Mummy, Jaws, MIB, Back To The Future, and finally E.T. Ok...so that last one wouldn't be a big deal...if not for Lori's irrational fear of E.T. It stems from something that happened when she was little that she aparently blocked out for one reason or another..bottom line is...she is REALLY afraid of E.T. Won't even park in the E.T. Lot. It's crazy. But she got on the ride with me. Billy said that is a BIG thing. So...ok...big thing. Then I took her home, walked her to the back door because the front door was locked and she didnt' have her key, hugged her and went on my way. Then I went to rehearsal, did that whole thing, and then went to Denny's with Billy. Where I talked about the date and Billy winced through most of it..and then asked me to NEVER do commentaries again. Which I understand...but is still gonna be hard all the same. So I had a really great time. I am going to her graduation on Wednesday with the family and then she and I are going to the movies to see Shrek 2 on Thursday. I am really excited. Life is looking up a lot at the moment. So this is the life. Well almost the life...I wish I could talk to my best friend about it a little, but I understand the wierdness and am going to try my best to wait for him to adjust. Tomorrow it's work and rehearsal. I'll blog soon with a giddiness update.

A Long Day...AND....AWW, That's Cute!
Today was a long day. I worked a 10 hour shift at Jaws...which even though I love that place, is a long day. Lots of Giant Killer White Sharks were electricuted today, and Bridewell's isn't looking to good either after all of those explosions. ANYWAY...enough Jaws humor. The other 3/4's of my blog is dedicated to how many times today I have heard, "You are going on a date with Billy's sister? Aww, that's cute!" 37...yes...37. There was a lot of that at work because Billy and I happen to break together a couple of times and I jokingly said something about this weekends plans and someone was sitting nearby and was like, "You're Dating Billy's Sister?" and then the rest of the day's occurances of that statement were mostly tied in with that one occurance because news spreads like wildfire on a gasoline station filled with tanks of Napalm. Then I get to rehearsal where Brittany had a talk with me about the whole situation. It was funny. But I would like to say that generally I am happy right now. Kinda nervous about Monday, just because it's a date, but I am sure everything will go just fine. I have to call Lori tomorrow and check plans with her...see exactly what she wants to do. I was thinking dinner at City Walk followed by Shrek 2 Universal Employee Preview at Midnight with Billy and Jen, but we gots to check with the mom's and the pop's to see how that works with cerfew...if there is one, and Lori's preference for her brother and his girlfriends being there for the second half of our date. So I am off to bed, ever awaiting the call of Wambold, from work, to take my shift for tomorrow so I can hang with my brother and his friends at Universal for his birthday. My little brother is 16...and in August...he hits the road. Everyone should find an alternative form of transportation soon...very soon...think August.

Good Day...Pretty Good Day
I thought that a positive post was in order. Today I worked most of my shift and realized that I truly do love my job. It's a great place to work, with great people. They all truly care about everyone else there. It's just a great feeling. I went into work today and Eddie H asked me if I was looking for roommates. I wasn't REALLY looking but I was looking so I said yes. BEST THING EVER! If this works out it will be me, Billy, and Eddie staying in this apartment and I will be paying about 70 dollars less a month than I am paying right now. Good times, Great, Good times. Then I leave work and call Billy...I have been thinking about this for a couple days and decided to just go for it. I called him and small talked about the apartment and stuff then just as the conversation was wrapping up I told him to brace himself. "I am going to ask your sister out to a movie." His response, "Ok. Want me to get her?" Gotta love Billy. So I get her on the phone and we small talk for a minute or two and then fall into the semi-awkward none existant transition statement "Do you want to go to a movie sometime?" Lori's response, " Are you asking me out on a date?" I fumbled and said, "I am asking you out to a movie." The end result was I have a movie date on Monday with my best friend's little sister. So I come home and talk to Billy on the phone for a few. Then I talk to Nathan about how I am not resigning the lease with him most likely. He was suprised, not really upset but suprised. I told him that living together was putting a serious hurting on our friendship and he said, "I didn't notice anything wrong with our friendship." I just stood there and shrugged that off. So the end result of that is..I am going to look at the new apartment on Monday. It was a good day. Now I just have to decide what movie to take Lori to...now that Billy has put a lot of pressure on us by telling her that the movie we pick will decide how the rest of the relationship plays out. Gotta love Billy...and we all do. Well except for Jen...I think she secretly wants him dead...or maybe just the first two words...not really sure. I'll post soon.

Bad Day....Really Bad Day
Today was one of the worst days I have had in a while. What with everything that happened last night it was already a pretty bad day. I went over to Billy's. We played video games...everything was looking up. Then I talked to my Aunt and found out that my cousin misscarried her baby. She was a month pregnant...and she and her boyfriend were REALLY excited about it. It would have been her second. She just finished with a Cancer scare and the doctor told her that if she wanted to have anymore kids she needed to do it now..because she prolly wouldn't be able to later on. She is really upset and I am sure her boyfriend is too. Then Sue called from downstairs and asked Billy and I if we wanted to go get something to eat. We said sure and went to Marco Anthony's, a great Italian restaurant in Windemere, for dinner. We get inside and Lori does something just short of football tackling Billy to sit next to me. Sue tells me that I am the nicest guy at Moonlight. That she loved having me in the show with her..it was like having Billy there with backstage, that I was already like a son to her kinda thing. Lori brought up that we aren't that far off age wise, I'm 22 and she is 18. Annie just sat there quietly giving me punctuation smiles on every hint and prod. We ate, we talked, it was fun. Then Sue paid for dinner after I argued with her a little. I gave hugs and Billy and I headed to rehearsal. Rehearsal went well. I forgot all about the day that I had gone through. Then I got in the car and I had a message on my phone. It was my mom, she was calling to tell me about the misscarriage. Everything came back all of a sudden but it just kinda sat on the surface. Then I got here and started blogging. And then it all sank in. Damn me and my 24 hour emotional delay.

The Longest Night of My Life.....Thus Far
At 2 a.m. my cell phone rang just as I was laying down to go to sleep. It was a friend of mine from College, Julie, telling me that another friend of mine had attempted suicide yesterday. They had been trying to track down my phone number and had just gotten it. The friend is in New York right now, in a hospital. Julie and I talked until just now, 5:16. I am calling into work because I can't handle it today. This is the second time this guy has attempted suicide...the first since I have known him. Last time he took a bunch of pills, this time he was more serious I guess. He just didn't think his roommate would be home so fast. He slit his wrists in the bathtub and they found an empty bottle of pills nearby. He must have JUST done it when his roommate got there. He is going to be ok they think, but they are putting him in a mental ward for a while so he can't hurt himself. He and I were friends, not really close, but still friends. Julie was really upset, they had dated for a while during College. He aparently left a note saying that he loved everyone but he thought that we would all be better off if he wasn't around. So he was going to help us by getting out of the picture. I just want each and every person who reads this to know that that is never the answer. I am going to try to go to sleep now..but I am not expecting sleep to come easy this morning. I'm fine emotionally...just not sure exactly how I feel right now about all this. Not really sinking in..just staying on the surface. The guy actually mentioned me specifically in the note....he said he wished he was more like me....I used to wish I was more like him. Popular, athletic, great singer and actor, a great girlfriend. How wrong was I?

A Day of Vocal Rest
So today I rested pretty much all day. I didn't say very much in hope that it might bring my voice back and stop the pain in my throat. I drank lots of hot tea with Honey and Lemon. The only things I did say were by accident. Such as when I went into Nathan's room to drop of some laundry that he left in the dryer, thinking he was not home I just went on in, Yeah...mistake on my part. He was in there..Atleast he was alone. I apologized and then realized that I had spoken and smacked myself in the head. I said something to Figaro because he got outside...yet again...smacked myself in the face. Blot was being annoying...said something to him...grr..My face is really starting to hurt. I did some laundry and just relaxed. I built set last night with Nathan, Jen, Layne, and Britt. It was fun. Layne and I built a Ghetto Box for the show...it has many uses but is very ghetto. I am very proud of it none the less. It has a cool lid that comes on and off with very little effort and can support my weight...even when I jump up and down on it. It really was one of the best times I have had in that theater in a long time. Even though Britt was being tired bitchy...but it's cool..she was tired. Sue, Billy's mom, wins the "Making Eric squirm awkwardly like a scared little kid who just wet his pants" award for the day. She comes up while I am sitting backstage off to myself and sits next to me. "So why aren't you dating anyone Eric?" I just shrugged and said, "Just haven't found anyone I want to date who wants to date me. I was talking to this one girl on the internet that I met in college but that didn't pan out. So I am just kinda waiting." Then she said, "Oh...You know my daughter is single." RECORD SCRATCH! My best friend's mom just tried to set me up with my best friend's little sister. Isn't that the plot of a teen movie or two? If not it should be. I squirmed for a minute or two and then Billy walked up and I said, "Billy your Mom's trying to sell your sister to me." and stood up and got next to him. Then Billy says after some discomfort and I think a few other sentences that got the mental blend, "Well if anyone was going to date my sister...." I laughed and walked away. Don't get me wrong. Lori seems to be a great girl, I don't know her that well, but for the most part, great girl. But she is my best friend's little sister. ALL KINDS OF COMPLICATIONS THERE! One, if we started dating and things went well...I couldn't talk to my best friend about my girlfriend. Two, If we started dating and things didn't go well...I might lose my best friend. Three, She is still in High School. ENORMO COMPLICATION! So basically...if I decide to persue this...either it has to work out perfectly resulting in years from now my best friend being my brother-in law..or...I don't even know. I think I am just going to let this go...I am not going to look for anything to happen. If something does..so be it. If not...so be it. I just hope that none of this has an impact on my friendship with Billy, or Sue, or Annie.

And A Friendship Falls
Ok..just a warning. This is one of those "blogging out all my agressions" blogs. OK..so yesterday I had that talk with Nathan about how I thought it was a bad idea for him and Amber to get engaged so quickly. Just that they were moving really quickly and it seemed like they were moving WAY To fast. I spoke my peace and that was the end of it. Nathan told me they wouldn't get engaged until atleast January, better though not much better, and that basically he was going to do what he wanted to do no matter what I said but in general he said he was glad I said what I said. Everything was fine and I was going to never mention again my problem with the speed of their relationship. Then today I walk into the theater for Annie and Amber walks up and says, "So are you going to yell at me too?" No hi, no how ya doing..NOTHING just that. I said, "No. I told Nathan what I thought and I am done." and she got all defensive and laid into me..basically telling me to mind my own damn business. I was REALLY pissed. Nathan just sat there and watched this saying nothing. Then I walk away....I am done...Pissed but done. Trying not to say anything. Then about 5 minutes later she comes up to me backstage and starts in again. I am really pissed at this point. Nathan yet again doesn't say anything. So at this point I am REALLY REALLY REALLY PISSED! Then later someone comes up to me and tells me that Amber says the whole reason I have with their relationship is that I am jealous because Nathan spends all of his time with her and none with me. Get that...JEALOUS CAUSE I HAVE TO DEAL WITH NATHAN LESS?!?!? Another thing...if fthat was the case wouldn't I have a huge problem with Jen and Billy's relationship? I mean they are both my friends, Jen longer than Billy, but Billy are I are pretty close knit friends. Wouldn't I have a huge problem with them? Nathan never spoke to me all show...except for some stupid joke that he chimed in on just before I left...at my expense. I am so pissed right now that I am looking at 2 and 1 bedroom apartments. I don't want to ever have to deal with this again. I really don't think I will be resigning the lease in August. Even if it means moving in with my parents again. I can't deal with this bullshit...I can't. I just want to throw a coconut at someone.
And We Bid Adeau To The Voice of Eric
Well yesterday I got stuck on a boat for an hour and a half, running shows every 10 minutes, then I took a 10 minute break and got stuck for another 45 running shows every 7 to 8 minutes...it hurt. Now my voice is back to it's not so good state that it was in a few weeks ago. I will get used to it. But a week of rest followed by a shift like that...KILLED IT. Now I have to go and do this stupid show a few more times and then I AM DONE! Until the next one...damn my wanting to be involved with a theater that pisses me off very frequently. Post later.

WTF?!?!?!?
Ok...so what is going on here. Is God just having a field day with me or something? Tonight I went to Walmart and 3 totally unrelated gay men tried to pick me up. Asked for my number. Was it something about the way I was looking through the cough drops? Or how I was checking out the tomatos to see if they were ripe? I AM VERY CONFUSED. Is it the new haircut? Did I get a GAY HAIR CUT yesterday and wasn't aware of it?!?!? Did I step in a gay puddle? Or accidentally take a dip in the gay side of the pool today and forget to wash the gay off before I went to the store? Why can't I attract a single woman but have no problem rounding up 3 gay men in one night. WHAT THE F***?!?!? There is something seriously wrong with this picture. And at the risk of sounding homosexual...these weren't guys that may have just been really desperate. These were attractive guys, thin, muscular, jocky, preppy types...kind of guys that gay guys and women alike should be all over...and they were hitting on me. I mean...I take it as a compliment...just frustrated that I can't attract a woman.

Keeping My Mouth Shut....On Most Subjects
So...I haven't posted yet cause a lot of things have happened in the last few days that I didn't want to type on here because my best friends are involved and I didn't want to divulge information that I am not supposed to be just blabbing all over the internet. So I avoided blogging alltogether because sometimes I get on here and things just start to flow and I look down and I have told my life story. Then something else happened yesterday, involving my roommate and his girlfriend...that's all I am going to say. If you know what I am talking about..you are one of either an honored few or a cursed few. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THIS STUFF! I am jut going to talk about it...because they don't read my blog anyway...and if they did..they would have a lot more to find out about than what I am going to say cause I complain about them all the time. My roommate, after a month and a half went and looked at engagment rings yesterday because the girls aunt hugged him and said, "Welcome to the family." THAT IS CRAZY! My aunt once said to my date, "You two would make really beautiful babies."...I didn't pull her into the nearest bedroom and impregnate her. If the girl doesn't want to move in with you...why the hell would she marry you? If he shows her a ring there will be a castration. So last night I made a line graph on my computer of the normal progression of relationships vs. Nathan's progression of relationships. The normal line is pretty even flow up in a steady kind of slope. Nathan's...pretty much straight up. I am just worried that he is trying to latch on to something to make up for his first failed marriage. Like getting married again asap will make up for the last marriage. I just know that one divorce crippled him emotionally, a second one will kill him. He has only been divorced for like a year and a half, he's only been dating this girl for a month and a half, she just got out of a serious relationship. WHATEVER. I am going to have a talk to him...another talk where he will tell me that he has taken actions to slow down...and it is slowing down and this time I AM PREPARED! GRAPHS ARE POWER! He will say, " I have taken actions to slow this down. I've got everything under control." and I will say, "Well if you take a look at figure 1.a. you will see that this is not the case." NOW ON A TOTALLY UNRELATED NOTE! My Papa Dee is in town. That's grandfather in Eric talk. I went to the condo yesterday, which is where he stays, It's out by disney, 2 big pools, all kinds of fun. Last night I was just sitting around with him and my grandmother from the other side of the family, my aunt Ruth, my mom, dad, and brother. I was talking about how I was planning on going to California this summer. I didn't know how I was going to pay for it but I really want to go. MY grandfather then started talking about how my aunt wants to go to Disney. Then he says he is giving me a hundred dollars to help go to California. I was like, "No, you don't have to do that Papa Dee. I will come up with the money." he said, "I know I don't have to do it. What have I given you in your life." I said, "Lots of ham sandwiches, and graduation money and lots of stuff." there was no arguing...before I left I had a hundred dollar check. So that is that. I am going back to the condo today to hang out, swim, and not talk about how I need money at all ever again.
